For their first brand campaign since 2016, Direct.cz asked us to tell their story of redefining the insurance business towards serving its customers again. Direct does not beleive in the usual insurance bullshit like hidden fees, fines for terminating the contract early or the need to visit the branch for everything. This is their take on what is normal, in both in life and insurance.
